Within the scope of our obtaining our license as a financial service provider pursuant to the German Kreditwesengesetz (Credit and Loan Act) we have assumed the supervisory liability for contractually bonded agents in compliance with § 2 Section 10 KWG. This liability assumption is limited to the solicitation of financial instruments subject to mandatory permits by way of investment and execution solicitation.

In this context, customers of our contractually bonded agents can also contact us directly if they have complaints about or demand based upon the activities of these agents. Given our assumption of liability, the customer also acquires direct and indirect entitlements that can be enforced against Sensus Vermögensverwaltungen GmbH.

This, however, is only applicable for the duration of the liability assumption and the activities covered by the liability assumption. It does not apply to other activities of the contractually bonded agents and to the solicitation of investments that are not financial instruments (e.g. solicitation of KG (limited partnership) stakes, insurance policies, etc.).
